The complex of these villas in the majestic city of Riyadh, designed by our architects, provides a selection of single-styled mansions. The main idea was to create a series of modern villas that would carry the elegant simplicity of the Saudi desert, highlighting a specific connection between people and the environment.
The overall design of the villa is characterized by an open, fresh, and simple planning that complements the informal style, attempting to be linked with the surroundings as a base of the modernized Saudi Arabian lifestyle. This solid design is articulated with black steel patterns that draw inspiration from traditional Saudi Arabian ''Zellij'' mosaics and transform them through time into contemporary decor elements.
For the cladding of the villas, it was decided to use travertine, which created an atmosphere of comfort and stability. This stone seeks to complement the green composition of each villa. The main thing was to fuse it into a rich palette of materiality, finding a balance between warmth and tactility. Our designers have brought the fibrous appearance of the natural travertine facade into the inner spaces using Venetian plaster. Here, all external elements of the villa are harmoniously connected with the interior design. Massive windows bring in more light, making the space a modern and luxurious place to live. Glazing works great in contrast with the black perforated metal sheets, which have an expressive and attractive silhouette, allowing us to create the perfect space for your comfortable life.
