Authentic villa exterior

This impressive villa is perfectly integrated into the surrounding landscape. It became possible thanks to the adaptation of shape, selected materials, and cladding. The combination of simple forms with asymmetry and multi-level block structures does not allow the use of excessive facade design. External attractiveness is achieved by finishing, glazing, and color scheme. The chosen concept is manifested in straight, clear lines, and pure geometric volumes of the residence. The contrast to light surfaces is created by glazing and black lintels of window openings. The architecture focuses on creating a holistic exterior image, seam joints are as invisible as possible, and nothing distracts the eye on leveled surfaces. One of the main tasks facing our architects was the creation of a rooftop terrace. It is the perfect extension of the living space offering a sense of escapism and a chance to see the area from a new perspective. Taking into account the microclimate for landscaping and technical aspects such as weight bearing and drainage, we designed perimeter landscaping. Seating areas are the central feature of the design and are located so that it is possible to enjoy the view from any point.
